The U.S. Wheat Associates (USW) Santiago Office recently conducted a Professional Baking Practical Certification in Peru for students of NOVA School who successfully completed the USW Virtual Professional Baking Certification Program.

Through these programs, U.S. Wheat continues to strengthen its educational and professional development of future bakers throughout Latin America, while also promoting the value of U.S. wheat in the region’s baking industry.

“This initiative represents an important milestone in our commitment to developing the next generation of baking professionals across the region,” said Miguel Galdos, USW regional director for South America. “The enthusiasm, dedication and achievements demonstrated by these students are a testament to the value and impact of the training opportunities that U.S. Wheat continues to provide.”
