In this short video, U.S. Wheat Associates (USW) staff from its Portland office and a wheat farmer from Washington describe what they saw when they joined millers from several countries at the Latin American Association of Miller Industrialists (ALIM) conference in Cartagena, Colombia. That farmer, USW Secretary-Treasurer Mike Carstensen, joined North Dakota farmer and USW Chairman Jim Pellman to promote the U.S. wheat industry and interact with millers, many whom are customers of U.S. wheat.
